Return/Exchange Policy
At OR HMS Fashion, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges under the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges (Retail Customers)
- Items must be returned within 7–14 days of purchase (you can choose the exact number).
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance or sale items
- Customized or special-order items
- Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as Final Sale
3. Wholesale Orders
- All wholesale orders are final sale unless the items received are defective or incorrect.
- Claims for damaged or incorrect wholesale orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof (photos/videos) may be required.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Please notify OR HMS Fashion within 48 hours of receipt.
- The item will be replaced or refunded after inspection.
- Shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by OR HMS Fashion.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size or color (subject to stock availability).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Only one exchange per item is allowed.
6. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
7. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact OR HMS Fashion customer service.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Return the item as instructed.
- Once inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
8. Right to Refuse Returns
OR HMS Fashion reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the policy conditions.
9. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review it regularly.
